Ministry of National Health Services in collaboration with CMU, UNAIDS, UNICEF, and Provinces organized the Technical Working Group meeting on Paediatric Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) and Prevention of Parent-to-Child Transmission (PPTCT). The meeting brought together experts and stakeholders to discuss and develop strategies for improving HIV care and prevention among children and families.
Meeting with National consultant Syed Kaleem Imam on working plan for HIV Legislation in Islamabad. In this pre inception meeting the groundwork for drafting comprehensive HIV Legislation for Islamabad capital territory was discussed in detail.
National Coordinator CMU chaired the meeting of Global Fund CT with NTP and PTPs, focusing on engaging LHWs/CHWs, HIV/TB coordination, DHIS2 roll out progress, DRTB decentralization, and TB preventive treatment.
A series of productive meetings with the Global Fund country team, CMU, TIH, and other partners involved in the mass distribution LLINs campaign was conducted.
These discussions focused on strategizing and coordinating efforts to ensure the successful implementation of the LLINs campaign, which is a crucial component in the fight against malaria.
