In a recent meeting, the National Coordinator CMU, Deputy National Coordinator TB, and Incharge M&E engaged with the M&E and Surveillance Unit on 5th January 2023. The focus was on updating and planning for ongoing activities related to TB, AIDS, and Malaria, reflecting a comprehensive approach to disease management and control using surveillance tools.
Dr. Razia Fatima, National Coordinator at CMU, and her team were actively engaged in the IBBS survey spot in Islamabad, a crucial initiative for assessing the HIV burden in the country. This collaborative effort, jointly led by UNDP, HSA and CMU, underscores the commitment to comprehensive research for informed decision-making and effective HIV control measures.
